Brown's poetry selected for poetry festival

Boston, Mass. - Sophomore Sharrell Brown has been selected to read one of her poems, "I Just Don't Care" tonight at the 2009 Greater Boston Intercollegiate Poetry Fesitval at Boston College on Tuesday, April 21 at 7:30 p.m.

The is event is free and open to the public. Students representing 25 area colleges and universities will read from their poetry. A chapbook of the students' work will be available, and a reception will follow.

Gail Mazur, Distinguished Writer-in-Residence at Emerson College, will deliver the keynote address.
