9:00 am - Registration

9:45 am - Welcome & Thank you

10:00 am - Walk Start Time (the walk is expected to take from 1-1.5 hours to complete pending walk speed)

Parking

Free parking will be available for the walk in 5 lots along Pilgrim Road.  We will have staff on hand to direct you as you enter.  Should we fill those lots, there is parking available at the MASCO building at 375 Longwood with a lowered rate for over the weekend of approximately $4.

Registration & Donations

A $5.00 registration fee is required for all walkers which helps cover fees associated with the event - any additional monies from this will be sent to The American Red Cross: Haiti Relief & Development Fund.  The first 200 registered walkers will receive a t-shirt (first come/first served on day of the walk).  Additional donations can be made out to The American Red  Cross as noted above and can be given to Frances in the SGA office or at Registration on the day of the walk (NOTE:  On the Tuesday and Thursday prior to the walk, there will be student-athlete representatives at the CCSR Cafeteria on hand to pre-register).

As a community event, we invite and encourage you to come out and walk to show your support of our neighbors in Haiti and of our Wheelock College community!
