Five Wheelock student-athletes named to academic all-conference list
Boston, Mass.
- A total of five Wheelock student-athletes were
named to the New England Collegiate Conference Academic
All-Conference announced by commissioner Del Malloy last week.
Students were named for their performance during the Winter/Spring
2008-2009 semesters.
To be eligible for NECC Academic All-Conference, a student-athlete
must possess a minimum grade point average of 3.40 on a scale of
4.00 and must be a junior or higher in class standings.
Student-athletes who competed in men's and women's basketball,
softball and men's tennis were eligible for the winter/spring NECC
Academic All-Conference.
