Keneisha Milton, women's basketball

Sophomore Keneisha Milton (Boston, MA/Wayland), a 5-foot-6 forward, broke three school records last week as women's basketball completed its season. In averaging 10.0 points, 15.3 rebounds and 4.3 steals during three games, Milton set Wheelock's career rebounding record (498) while finishing with single-season marks in boards (271) and steals (69). She also enters her junior year fourth in blocks (29) and free throws (121), sixth in steals (116) and seventh in points (406). Milton totaled 11 points, 16 rebounds, five steals and two blocks during a 54-36 loss on Tuesday to New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) regular-season champ Lesley University. In a 68-60 win on Thursday against Elms College, Wheelock's first in the series since 2000, Milton had 15 points, 21 boards, five steals and three assists before she collected nine rebounds and three steals as the Wildcats suffered a 64-40 loss at Elms on Saturday to finish a home-and-home series.
