Daniel Main, men's basketball
Senior Daniel Main (Hopedale, MA/Hopedale) became the second player in the Wheelock College men's basketball program's four-year history to reach the 1,000-point plateau by scoring 17 points on Saturday during a New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) contest at Mitchell College in New London, Conn. Main entered the game needing 14 points to reach the milestone, hitting the mark on a jumper with 9:10 remaining in regulation. With 1,003 points, Main trails only Sherard Robbins '10, who netted 1,241, on the program's all-time scoring list.
